Tribal Ready conducts comprehensive research to identify relevant grants offered by federal agencies — NTIA, BIA, and USDA — as well as philanthropic foundations and state-level programs. We will focus on opportunities that strategically align with Tribal infrastructure priorities and long-term economic development objectives.
Tribal Ready prepares clear and compelling grant applications that adhere to funder requirements while effectively conveying the distinct goals, values, and priorities of the Tribal communities.
Tribal Ready develops grant application budgets that align with the specific scopes of funding opportunities and adhere to Tribal and federal procurement policies. Budgets include reasonable, necessary, allocable, and allowable costs, comprehensive documentation, and clear justification to ensure compliance with funder requirements and support accurate reporting.
Tribal Ready manages post-award reporting responsibilities, including compliance with award conditions, preparation of programmatic and fiscal reports, maintenance of financial documentation, and ongoing communication with funding agencies. Ensures that all project deliverables are fulfilled in accordance with Tribal governance structures and the specific conditions outlined by funding entities.
