As the Senior Leadership Administrator at Tribal Ready, PBC, Annelise plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s executive function by providing direct administrative support to six leadership team members while also overseeing administrative needs across the broader team. In addition to managing high-level operations, scheduling, and communications, she also serves as the primary point of contact for human resources, facilitating onboarding, internal processes, and team coordination. Her role ensures seamless day-to-day operations and fosters an organized, efficient, and people-centered workplace.
