As part of Tribal Ready’s Partnerships team Max builds and strengthens relationships between Tribal governments and external partners to advance community and economic development goals. He identifies funding opportunities, manages collaborative projects, and ensures initiatives align with each Tribe’s priorities, sovereignty, and long-term vision. He combines strategic planning, outreach, and program management to support sustainable growth and capacity building within Tribal communities.
Max has background in manufacturing automation sales and implementation, hardware-software integrations, complemented by expertise in project management. Specializing in aligning cross-functional teams, he excels at bridging communication gaps between groups with diverse technical and professional knowledge bases. He joined Tribal Ready serving as Vendor Relationship Manager and now works with our Tribal Partnerships team to reach Tribes and Villages and help connect them with our team to work to further their communities’ digital sovereignty.
