His career spans B2B SaaS, automotive marketing and sales technology, and large-scale motorsports operations—where he served as Director of Events at Charlotte Motor Speedway, part of Speedway Motorsports Inc. (SMI), a publicly traded company overseeing more than a dozen premier NASCAR venues nationwide.

Before joining Tribal Ready, Seamus led sales operations and go-to-market initiatives for high-growth technology, automotive, and startup organizations, implementing data-driven systems that improved forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-team alignment. His background combines enterprise-level operational leadership with the agility and innovation of early-stage environments.

At Tribal Ready, Seamus oversees CRM governance, pipeline strategy, and cross-functional process design to ensure operational excellence across the organization. His work supports the company’s mission to help Tribal communities strengthen digital sovereignty through expanded broadband access, infrastructure planning, and technology readiness.
