Tom is a citizen of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe (Sicangu Lakota) of South Dakota and serves as Vice President of Tribal Business Development at Tribal Ready, PBC. He brings a multidisciplinary background in strategic communications, project management, and organizational leadership, with professional experience spanning the education, infrastructure, and Tribal business development sectors.
At Tribal Ready, Mr. Valandra plays a key leadership role in shaping the company’s national growth strategy and advancing partnerships with Tribal governments and enterprises across Indian Country. His work focuses on supporting Tribal sovereignty through community-driven solutions in broadband and wireless infrastructure, Tribal data governance, and workforce development.
